Under GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Use this form to reach our Data Protection Officer (DPO) or submit any privacy-related request.

Zero PII means privacy by design.

AuthN by IDEE does not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information (PII) about your end users — ever. There is no user database to query, no credentials to expose, and no data to delete.

If you are an end user, you do not need to submit this form. This form is for business contacts, partners, and enterprise customers who interact directly with IDEE as a data controller.

We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and respond within 30 days in accordance with GDPR Article 12.

By submitting this form you confirm you are the data subject or are authorised to act on behalf of the data subject. We may ask for identity verification before processing your request.

Submitting will open your email client pre-filled with your request addressed to support@getidee.de. Review and send from there.

Response Timelines

GDPR (EU / UK) — We acknowledge all requests within 72 hours and respond within 30 days per GDPR Article 12. Complex requests may be extended by a further 60 days — we will notify you if this applies.

CCPA / CPRA (California) — We respond within 45 days. Complex requests may be extended by a further 45 days — we will notify you within the initial 45-day period if an extension is needed.
