We provide novel security solutions for entity authentication and authorization with user privacy at the core of our business. When you use our self-service website or our mobile apps, we collect your email address and/or phone number and hash it immediately.  We then store only the salted hash so we can identity you when you return.

How do we share collected personal data?

IDEE doesn’t sell, rent or lease your personal data to third parties.  

IDEE may share anonymous data such as the data we collect from your interaction with our website to 3rd party (such as Google) to help perform statistical analysis. We do not share your email address and /or phone number or any other of your personal data that you voluntarily gave to us with any 3rd party.

We use 3rd party marketing tools for our marketing campaign and your name, email address, and phone number may be stored in the 3rd party marketing tools but only for the use by IDEE.

How do we secure the collected personal data?

User privacy is at the core of our business. IDEE secures your personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

When you visit our website and request information about IDEE products and services, your name, email address, and phone number that you entered are securely provided to us using transport layer security protocol (TLS) and stored encrypted with advanced encryption standard (AES 256-bit) key. AES 256-bit key is the most secure symmetric encryption standard available.

IDEE doesn’t store the email address or phone number collected when you use our self-service website or our mobile apps. Your data is hashed using password-based key derivation function version 2 (PBKDF2) to derive a digital representation of your data that cannot be reversed engineered to get back to your plain text data. This means that even if IDEE is breached, your email address and phone number are still protected. IDEE has zero knowledge of the user credentials. We strive to take appropriate administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information. Among such measures are data anonymization and encryption, recurrent review of procedures, information security policies and protection systems. Unfortunately, no data storage or transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, you acknowledge that: a) there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the Internet which is beyond our control; and b) security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through this site or on our other products cannot be guaranteed.

How long do we retain personal data?

The preservation period of your information depends on the type of information and the reasons why it was provided to us. A salted hash (gibberish) of the information we collect when you register your account is retained while your account is active unless you choose to stop using us and delete your account or request us to delete the information and/or de-activate your account. However, we may continue to retain your information after de-activation for a reasonable timeframe to provide you with an enhanced service in case you choose to re-activate your account.

When we receive a request to delete your information and/or account, we will start removing it from your account. However, if you have shared information with your friends and third parties while using our Services, that shared information will still be available on the Services for those with whom you had shared it.

We may also continue to preserve information we believe in good faith is necessary to retain to: comply with laws and regulations; and to conduct our business operation.  

How do we use of Cookies and similar tracking technologies?

IDEE websites may use “Cookies” to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your computer device by a web server. Cookies can’t be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you and can only be read by a web server that issued the cookie to you.

One of the primary purposes of Cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save your time. The purpose of a Cookie is to tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. Information about your electronic device hardware and software may be automatically collected. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the IDEE website(s).

You have the ability to accept or decline IDEE from setting Cookies on your device when you visit IDEE websites. 

To support, develop, and enhance the Services, we use third-party analytics services, including those provided by Google Inc., Hubspot Inc. and LinkedIn Inc. (collectively, “Third Party Analytics Services”) to analyse how you interact and engage with the Services so that we can learn and make enhancements to offer you a better experience. What are the user rights, controls and choices?  

IDEE gives you total control of your personal data.

You can view the details of your account and device(s) from our apps or on our self-service site. You can also, decide to delete your account with IDEE from the apps or from our self-service site. Once your account is deleted none of your personal data is retained by IDEE. We don’t store your email address in the first place, so you don’t need to worry about your personal data with IDEE.

You can also, decide to stop IDEE websites from setting cookies on your device by changing your cookies preference from your browser settings.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

IDEE reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal data by sending a notice to you on our app or to the email you provided to us, by placing a notice on our website and /or privacy information on this page. Your continued use of our software applications, this site and /or services available through this site after such modifications will constitute your: a) acknowledgement of the modified Privacy Policy; and b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
